25.2.2. Serving Alcoholic Beverages

General Information

For some University events it is desired to serve (not sell) alcoholic beverages on campus.

Procedure

To obtain permission to serve (not sell) alcoholic beverages on campus, do the following:

1. Send a written request for approval to the office of the President along with the following information:



1. date and description of the event.



2. approval of department director/chair or immediate supervisor, and appropriate vice president/provost.
