Recommendation:

The University shall enter into an agreement with Wausau Insurance for a PPO Health Care Plan.

If the University chooses a PPO health plan, then all the hospitals that serve local MTU faculty and staff, and wish to be included in it, shall be, so long as they meet MTU's requirement for quality and cost control.

Disapproval of this plan implies a recommendation to continue with Travelers Insurance at increased employee cost.
