POLICY ON DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION
ON GRADING PRACTICES TO ACADEMIC FACULTY

The registrar shall publish a tabular summary of grades as described below for each quarter of the regular academic year. Each member of the academic faculty shall receive a copy during the following quarter. The Tabular Summary of Grades shall show the average grade point value of all grades assigned by department and by course number level (ie. 100-199, 200-299, 300-399, 400-499, 500-699). The summary shall also show the student credit hours associated with each grade point average. The summary shall contain no individual names or individual course numbers.
