The ad hoc Joint Committee on Relations Between Michigan Technological University's Senate and Faculty Association shall be made a joint standing committee of the Senate and the Faculty Association.

The joint standing committee shall consist of a chairman selected by the Senate President, one senator selected by the Senate, one Faculty Association member selected by the Faculty Association, one past or present president of the Senate, one past or present president of the Faculty Association, and the two representatives of the Association of Michigan Collegiate Faculties (AMCF).

One of the roles of the joint standing committee shall be to oversee the representation of Michigan Technological University to the Association of Michigan Collegiate Faculties (AMCF).
