22.8.1. Lost or Stolen Purchasing Card

Procedure

If the purchasing card is lost or stolen, do the following:

  1. Notify the purchasing card issuer at 800-344-5696.
  2. Notify the Purchasing Department at 7-2510.
  3. In addition, the user department has the responsibility to notify the office of Public Safety at 7-2216.

If the card is not reported lost or stolen, the cardholder is responsible for any unauthorized use. The department is responsible for any and all unauthorized use.
