For 4 bars, mix together with a fork:
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. powdered milk
1/3 c. honey
2-3 tablespoons wheat germ
a pinch of salt
a handful of chocolate chips ( I substituted 1/3 c chocolate Ovaltine-
fortified with vitamins and minerals)
1 envelope unflavored gelatine (this sounded gross and I did not include
it
in my bars)
Roll into 4 logs, roll in more wheat germ, flatten and wrap in tinfoil.
These are softer than most store bars, maybe some extra powered milk
and
wheat germ would help.
