Fruit Pizza - Kristin-Ann Beck


1 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers (I used one of the "packets" of graham
crackers in the box, the 1 1/4 c. amount wasn't enough)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine

Bake 350 degrees, 10 min.

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

mix together-spread on crust when cool.
top with fruit (pineapple, bananas, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries,
maraschino cherries, etc.) and glaze
(opt., use juices from canned fruit, mix a little corn starch to thicken
and "drizzle" over pizza).
