High Tea
In the winter of 2005 Phyllis Boutlier made a donation to UWC archives,
among thse were two pictures of womens club from 1958. These pictures
sparked the idea of bringing back the HIGH Tea tradition to the UWC. The
result was a funfilled event attended by 75 ladies, see the pictures and
read the comments of some attendees here.
We hope to make this an annual event.

Comments
It was fun to see continuation of the long tradition of our university
and community women gathering in a social setting sharing a common bond.
It was also wonderful to have an opportunity to meet the recipient of
our scholarship and know that we are making an impact in the life of this
young women!

I want to thank you for yet another fun meeting of UWC. Both of you worked
hard to put the whole thing together and made it a fun experience for
all. I especially enjoyed the 'fashion show'! Lou-ellyn, Biruta & Marilyn
did a great job with it. I am already looking forward to our next meeting.....
wondering what fun activity will be there...It was a real treat.
