The Senate reaffirms the approval of Proposal 22-95 and subsequent revisions to the Bylaws until May 1, 1997,
with resolution of constitutional issues by the constituents prior to Proposal 22-95.




Proposal Background

The Senate Bylaws require reaffirming the approval of Proposal 22-95 and subsequent revisions to the Bylaws
at any Senate meeting between April 1 and May 8, 1996.
