Health Insurance Benefits shall be provided for all eligible employees and their families. Health Insurance Benefits shall also be provided for retirees and their spouse at the time of retirement. Eligibility for retirement shall be 80 points (age plus years of service at MTU) or age 65 with 10 or more years of service at MTU.
