The Senate adopts the following amendment to the Bylaws.

D. REVISION OF BYLAWS OF PROPOSAL 22-95

1. The revision of the Bylaws effected by Proposal 22-95, and any subsequent revisions, will be in force for only one year from the date of passage of Proposal 22-95. These revisions and subsequent revisions must be affirmed by the Senate with a 2/3 majority vote at any Senate meeting between April 1 and May 8, 1996.
