All Senate Committees considering policies which have a direct effect upon the student body shall include student members. The student members shall have the same rights and privileges as faculty members, including the right to express their views on the floor of the Senate when the Senate is considering proposals submitted by that Committee. The chairman of the Committee shall determine the appropriate number of students to be included and shall be responsible for securing the student members.
