Each year all new teachers be strongly urged and others invited, to participate in a formal program of teacher training which would consist of one meeting per week during the fall term, with sessions devoted to problems of classroom techniques including motivation, pedagogy and methodology, evaluation, and non-teaching duties of the faculty.
