The University Senate will conduct a referendum of Senate constituents on the issue of confidence in President Tompkins' leadership of the university. The minutes of Senate meeting 385 and the President's responses from the minutes of Senate meeting 386 will be attached to the referendum ballot so that constituents' votes might be informed by the full discussion of this issue. The results of the referendum will be communicated to the President and to the Board of Control.
