1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
President Seely called University Senate Meeting 328 to order at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 16 February 2000, in Room B45 EERC.

Only 20 Senators were present; 26 were needed for a quorum, so the quorum failed and the meeting was adjourned.

Visitors were Max Seel (College of Sciences and Arts), Brett Hamlin (General Engineering), and Glenn Mroz (School of Forestry and Wood Products).
