If you have a prepared release, include your name and phone number so the editor can contact you with any questions. You can e-mail it to ttoday@mtu.edu (please!) or send a typed, hard copy (that's OK, too) via campus mail to Tech Today, University Communications.

If you are mailing a release from off campus, the address is Tech Today, Michigan Technological University, 1400 Townsend Drive, Houghton, MI 49931-1295. Before you submit a release you'd like included in a regular feature (such as "On the Road" or "In Print") it's a good idea to read the feature so you know what information you should send.

The deadline for submitting material is two working days before anticipated publication. In other words, submit your information to the editor on Tuesday for a story you want in Thursday's edition.
