Tribal Technical Assistant Program (TTAP) Director John Velat attended the LTAP/TTAP Region 2 meeting in Nashville, Tenn., to help organize the 2011 National Tribal Technical Transportation Conference and meet with federal sponsors and partners.

Michigan Tech TTAP serves the 64 American Indian tribes in the 32 states east of and bordering the Mississippi and is part of the national group of 58 TTAPs/LTAPs that serve local, state and tribal transportation agencies throughout the US and Puerto Rico.
