Century II Campaign Endowed Equipment Fund (C2E2)
The Michigan Tech Century II Campaign Endowed Equipment Fund (C2E2) is a program aimed at providing equipment money to assist in research and improve the lives of faculty, students, and staff campus-wide.

Faculty Scholarship Grant (FSG)
The Faculty Scholarship Grant provides faculty the opportunity to engage in scholarly and creative activities which will enhance their professional development.

MTU Research Award
An individual will be recognized for outstanding achievement in research in the form of the Michigan Tech Research Award. Nominations for the award should be based on the impact that a person has made toward advancement of knowledge, or the state of scholarship as evidenced by either a sustained productive scholarly endeavor or a single noteworthy breakthrough in research results.

Research Excellence Fund (REF)
The Research Excellence Fund (REF) program awards grants in three categories: 1) Infrastructure Enhancement, 2) Research Seed Grants, and 3) Mentoring Grants.

Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURF)
Funds are now available to support a limited number of undergraduate research students. These awards are provided by Vice President for Research.
