Please note most of the costs listed are “up-front” meaning that at least one semester’s worth of tuition, fees, insurance, etc. will need to be paid at the start of your time at Michigan Technological University. You must make sure you have the resources necessary to pay these costs before you will be allowed to register for classes! Also if you are going to live off-campus you will most likely need to pay an amount equivalent to the first and last month’s rent prior to moving into your housing. Please be prepared!
