  1. Tuition Reduction Incentive Program (TRIP).

    2. The University will offer to eligible bargaining unit employees the Tuition Reduction Incentive Program in accordance with the established provisions at the time of application.

    Laid off employees will be eligible for the tuition reduction incentive program for a period equal to the seniority the employee had acquired at the time of the layoff or three (3) years, whichever is shorter.
