Reorganization or Phase-Out.
In the event that the University makes changes in its organizational structure, including the phase-out of departments or divisions or other sub-units which eliminates any bargaining unit position, the University shall inform the Union thirty (30) days prior to implementation. Employees affected by such changes shall be laid off in accordance with provisions of the Agreement.
