Recognition. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 336 of
the Public Acts of 1947, as amended by Public Act 379 of 1965, the University does hereby recognize
the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours, and working conditions of
the Bargaining Unit described below.
