Section 16 WAGES/SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

1. Effective July 1, 2008, the wage rates shall reflect a three percent (3%) across the board increase to be provided in Appendix I which is incorporated in the Agreement by this reference.

2. Hours worked from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. receive a $.40 per hour shift differential.
