    2. The following, by way of illustration and not limitation, are examples of reasons that an employee may be granted a personal leave of absence: Family or personal responsibilities, educational opportunities, etc.

    See Section 130. A leave of absence will not be granted for the purpose of obtaining employment elsewhere.
