Use of Past Record.
The University will not take into consideration, in applying the corrective discipline procedures set forth in this Article, any previous disciplinary action of record in an employee's personnel file which occurred more than twenty four (24) months prior to any disciplinary action that is taken on a current charge. Upon written request by the employee any record that cannot be considered in effectuating the provisions of corrective discipline shall be removed from the personnel file of the employee.
