Union Membership.
As a condition of employment, each employee in the Bargaining Unit on or before the 30th day after the effective date of this Agreement on or before the 30th day after employment in the Bargaining Unit, whichever is later, and monthly thereafter, shall tender to the Union either periodic and uniformly required union dues, or in the alternative, service fees as designated by the Union.
