- The University shall make available to the Union, upon its request and within ten (10) working days thereafter,
such statistical and financial information related to the Bargaining Unit and in the possession of the University
as is necessary for the implementation of this Agreement and for the negotiations of a successor agreement.
Under unusual circumstances, the University may issue a notice extending for not more than ten (10) working
days the period during which it shall respond to such a request. The University and the Union may, upon
written mutual consent, extend the stated period. It is understood that nothing in this provision shall be
construed to require the University to compile information and statistics in the form requested if not already
available in that form, unless mutually agreed.
- The University shall provide to the Union an electronic email membership list to be maintained by the
Union Recording Secretary and supervised by the Union Officers. This list will be used solely for official
University/Union business. The University will be held harmless by the Union for any emailed communication
not received by the members of the Union.
