Probationary Employees. The University may discharge probationary employees for such cause and in such manner as it, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems appropriate and in the best interest of the University. Such discharge shall not be subject to the grievance procedures of this Agreement.
Non-Probationary Employees.The University may discipline or discharge a non-probationary employee only for reasonable cause.
