Shift Differential Pay.
Employees who commence work during the second or third shift as designated in Article XII, Item 92, shall receive, in addition to their regular pay, thirty cents ($.30) per hour and forty cents ($.40) per hour, respectively, additional compensation. Such differential is to be added to total wages without increasing the hourly rate and will be paid for all hours worked on a shift.
