Special Conferences.
Mutually agreed to Special Conferences for the discussion of important matters may be arranged between the Union and the University at the request of either party. Conferences shall be held within ten (10) working days after the request for a meeting unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. Matters to be taken up at the conference
shall be confined to those included in the agenda unless otherwise agreed to by both parties.
