This Agreement is made and entered into this 30th day of August, 2007, effective on August 1, 2007,
between Michigan Technological University, hereinafter referred to as the University, and the
International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace, and Agricultural Implement Workers and its
Office Professional Local 5000, hereinafter referred to as the Union. The designation of "she/he"
through the Contract shall be deemed to include both female and male.
