Section 41 WAGES

1. The hourly wage rate for each classification shall be provided in Appendix A, Appendix B, and Appendix C which is incorporated in the agreement by this reference.

2. Eligible employees will receive the rate of pay from Appendix A, Appendix B, and Appendix C according to their longevity date. Longevity shall be based on an employee’s length of continuous non-exempt status with the University, except in the case of those part-time employees who were granted longevity in October, 1994.

3. Employees originally hired into any Appendix B classification will be paid at the Appendix B rate whenever employed in any Appendix B classification.

4. Custodial employees with effective seniority dates after January 1, 2009, will be paid at the Appendix C rate.
