The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other terms and conditions of employment of all those employees of the Employer included in the bargaining unit as found appropriate in Case No. R65-I-96 (full-time employees) and in Case No. R91-E-118 (part-time employees), excluding executive, administrative, professional, academic, and supervisory personnel; student employees; temporary employees; and those employees in other recognized bargaining units.
