This Agreement is made and entered into this 10th day of December, 2008, between Michigan Technological University (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" or the "University") and Local No. 1166 and Council No. 25 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the "Union").
