This Agreement is made and entered into this 4th day of November, 2005, between Michigan Technological University (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" or the "University") and Local No. 1166 and Council No. 25 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the "Union").
