Through shared governance, Michigan Tech staff members not only have the right to provide their input, they are expected and encouraged to do so. All employees can participate in the University's decision-making process through the committee structure, Staff Council and University Senate representation, the strategic planning process, and the general University open-door policy. Join us in making Michigan Tech an open community where faculty, staff, and students work together to improve teaching, learning, and service.
