Compensation Policy
The University is committed to providing a compensation plan that maintains internal equity and external competitiveness, rewards excellent performance, treats employees fairly, complies with applicable laws, and provides flexible but consistent administration within the University's budget constraints.
When hired, your position classification and salary were determined by
your department in consultation with the Classification/Compensation Office.
This office is responsible for establishing and maintaining the classification
and salary administration program. Classification/Compensation is a unit of
Human Resources.
