Meeting Notes from September 1, 2000,
Present: Ellen Horsch, Anita Quinn, Tony Rogers, Jim Pickens, Bob Keen, Helene Hiner, Ingrid Cheney Invited Guests: Jay Meldrum, Julie Seppala, Dan Greenlee
Horsch opened the meeting getting aggreement from the group that the new meeting time of Friday at 8:30 would work for everyone.
Preparation for the September 7 Senate sponsored forum continued. Keen will open the meeting, Rogers will present group one's information as at previous forums with no changes. Group two will follow with the figures. Pickens will present costs, income statement, the various scenarios and components of our benefits. The ONR vs. HHS composite rate philosophy, auditting of rates and fringe rate logic (how we get to 19% for vacation, holiday, and sick leave) will be presented next. Greenlee will then review the fringe benefit costs and gave a handout of background numbers to support the Cost and Recovery overhead which will be used. Lassila will explain the various employees and their benefits. Keen will present for group three.
All members are asked to meet at 11am on Thursday, September 6 for a practice run of the forum presentation with the room to be arranged and announced to the list by Horsch.
