Benefits The Benefits Office at Michigan Technological University provides information about and handles matters pertaining to the benefits package for employees, retirees, and their families. This includes informing University employees on health, dental, life and long-term disability insurances, and retirement programs. The Benefits Office is responsible for benefits orientations, exit interview, leave of absence requests and workmans compensation claims, and unemployment claims. The Benefits Office strives to help all University employees better understand and appreciate Tech's benefit package.
