| We are a service oriented organization offering services in building operations, grounds, and trades. Our professional staff, skilled trades personnel, mechanics and maintenance employees, provide efficient campus roads, walkways and parking facilities, repair our electrical/mechanical systems, maintain the beauty of our lawns and shrubbery, remove snow and ice, provide a clean and healthy working environment, and provide our heat and power. Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, efficient work place for all students, faculty and staff of Michigan Tech. If you have an immediate electrical, plumbing, mechanical work request, please fill out our Trades Work Order Request Form. You will receive a confirmation notification and will be contacted by the appropriate Operations' personnel regarding your request. Trades: Mike Needham, Supervisor Responsible for maintenance and renovations, electrical/mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry services, as well as new equipment installations.
