LAWN CARE AND TURFGRASS MAINTENANCE:
The Lawn Care and Turfgrass Maintenance Crew is responsible for the yearly maintenance of turf on the entire academic campus and all of the sports fields. The normal work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with additional hours as needed.
During the summer months, the Lawn Care and Maintenance Crew expands and hires additional student workers to help with the campus maintanence. Their work begins in early May and continues through August. The outdoor work is extremely enjoyable on our warm and sunny Copper Country summer days; however, work continues through the chilly, wet, and sometimes even snowy days!
