Enrollment Services Information Systems (ESIS) provides a survey service to all Michigan Tech departments. We can survey students, faculty or staff through email or your designated web page.
We have several available survey options and can help you determine which option is best for you.
Processing Time

Under normal circumstances, surveys will be done within two to three days.
Guidelines

You provide the survey questions.
Survey questions may be modified to maximize results.
Results are kept confidential.
