Time/Exam Conflict
- Decide what grading option you would like:
- Complete the Form
- Obtain Signatures:
- Academic Advisor
- Course Instructor (Audit Only)
- Return the form to the Office of Student Records & Registration by the end of the add period.
- Decide how many credits you want to carry
- Complete the Form
- Obtain Appropriate Signature:
- Dean of Students (If you are on academic probation)
- Academic Advisor (If carrying more than 18 credits)
- Return the form to the Office of Student Records & Registration.
- Find the restriction you would like to waive
- Complete the Form
- Obtain Appropriate Signatures:
- Departmental Approval (From Department offering course)
- Academic Advisor
- If there is an A# code in the listing for this course, you need to get special approval. A1 = Instructor, A2 = Dept, A3 = Advisor, A4 = Dept. Chair
- Return the form to the Office of Student Records & Registration before registering for the class.
- Find which two classes conflict
- Complete the Form
- Obtain Appropriate Signatures:
- Instructor of Course #1
- Instructor of Course #2
- Return the form to the Office of Student Records & Registration before registering for the courses.
