Petition for Academic Reinstatement
IMPORTANT NOTES
Your petition must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the term
in which you wish to be reinstated.
If you have attended any other school since leaving Tech, please
provide us with a copy of your transcript.
If you have worked, please have your employer/supervisor send us a
letter of performance evaluation. Supporting documentation should be
sent to:

1400 Townsend Drive, Houghton MI 49931-1295.
Your request will not be considered until all outstanding holds are
removed from your record.
You will be notified by email of the Scholastic Standards Committees
decision.
