Vacancies

Vacancies on the Board of Directors shall be filled by the remaining members.

The President of the Alumni Association shall automatically take a seat on the Board of Directors for two (2) years immediately following election of his or her successor, unless he or she shall be entitled to two (2) years by reason of an unexpired term on the Board.
