As one of the ways we are raising funds for the West Michigan Chapter Endowed Scholarship, one of our alumni, Chris Andersen '82, has donated a fishing charter trip for up to 4 people on Lake Michigan. Our chapter sells raffle tickets throughout the year, and the winning ticket is drawn at our annual spring dinner. Chris owns Andersen Charter Service, which sails out of Arcadia, Michigan.
This year's winner was John Gutierrez of our very own West Michigan Chapter Board of Directors. John reports that, although he was not able to bag any keepers, he had a GREAT time nonetheless. (Either that, of the fish was just too big to capture on film.) Yeah, right, John.
