Purpose
This website has been designed as an on-line manual in order to inform department administration of the paperwork that needs to be processed when an employee is hired, reappointed, or changes status. This is initiated by department administration, such as Administrative Aides, Department Chair, or Department Coordinators. The appropriate paper work is then sent to the Dean's office for review, then to the Provost's Office, who acts upon the changes. Links to additional pages are provided in place of the hard-copy appendices to show example forms, formulas, and definitions.
