Data Chart
A Data Chart showing which information is imported and which information is entered by faculty is available by clicking here. Data imports are done at the end of each semester with imported information available in the system within a month following the end of the semester (approximately by the end of May, mid-September, and end of January).
Where Do I Enter My Information?
A "Where Does My Information Go?" chart showing where faculty enter their activity information may be found by clicking here. This chart is alphabetical by activity type and indicates which screen the information is to be entered and which fields must be completed for the activity to appear on reports.
