9.7.4 Identification Cards

As part of the new-hire process, Human Resources will provide you with a form that you can use to apply for an ID card. A card will be issued by the all-campus card office, located in the Memorial Union Building (MUB). The card can be used to gain access to a variety of University facilities and services.

With the ID card, you can:

• Borrow items from the library
• Charge purchases in cafeterias, University Bookstore, Student Development Complex (SDC), MUB, and other facilities after accounts are established.
• Purchase your SDC membership, tickets to sporting events and performances.
• Gain access to certain parking lots and buildings designated by Public Safety.

If you lose your ID card, notify Public Safety immediately.
