Michigan Technological University offers TechSelect, a flexible benefits program, to eligible employees which includes medical, dental/vision, and life insurance, as well as accidental death and dismemberment insurance for employees and their families. This program also offers long term disability insurance and flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care. Election of benefits options are coordinated by the Manager of Benefits, who is located in the Human Resources Office.
