All:  The Senate has passed proposal 11-06 concerning unit charters.  In there, there are specific responsibilities for department chairs and school deans requiring timely revision of charters, annual review, etc.  It is not clear to me whether all department chairs were aware of this prior to passage.  I will hold this for a week or so before taking action to give you a chance to review and comment.  Dave R
